Terms of Service
Terms for our United States storefront. Last updated: July 2026.
1. U.S. storefront and acceptance
Frenchie Bardot is operated by LyKnowledge LLC. Our business mailing address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
These Terms govern use of the Frenchie Bardot storefront and purchases offered to customers in the United States. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. You must be able to form a binding contract in your state.
Applicable U.S. federal and state consumer-protection rights continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Products, artwork and availability
We aim to describe each artwork, format, size and price accurately. Screen colors and scale can vary, and production materials may have minor variations that do not change the essential product.
Items are printed to order. A product appearing on the site is not a promise that it will remain available. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment for a pricing error, suspected fraud, rights issue, production failure or unavailable format; if payment was collected, the affected amount will be refunded.
Limited-edition language applies only when an edition size and numbering are shown on the product page and recorded on the order. We do not substitute unsupported scarcity claims.
3. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Product, shipping and any applicable tax are shown before the customer authorizes payment. Payment is processed through Stripe; Frenchie Bardot does not receive full card details.
A checkout confirmation means we received the order request and payment status. The order remains subject to the production and rights checks described on the product page and in these Terms.
4. Shipping, delays and delivery
The storefront currently accepts delivery addresses in the United States. Available delivery methods and charges are calculated before payment. Delivery dates are estimates unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the delay information and the options required by applicable U.S. law, which may include agreeing to a revised date or receiving a prompt refund. Risk of loss is handled under applicable law and the carrier record; contact us promptly if a shipment is missing or damaged.
5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation and return eligibility depends on whether production has started, whether the item is personalized, and the condition of the returned item. The current rules, timelines and exceptions are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy and form part of these Terms.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. A bank or card issuer controls when the credit becomes visible after Stripe confirms the refund.
6. Intellectual property and personalization
The site design, product copy, original artwork and brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or grant a right to reproduce, resell copies of or commercially exploit the artwork.
If a product accepts customer-provided text or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, abusive or infringing. We may reject a personalization request that does not meet those requirements.
7. Site use and account security
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or fulfillment, scrape protected account information, or submit fraudulent orders. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
8. Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided with the care reasonably expected of an online storefront. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every display device will reproduce an artwork identically.
Any exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. It does not exclude liability or remedies that U.S. federal or state law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Privacy, electronic communications and updates
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how information and optional analytics are handled. Transactional emails are used for order, payment, production, delivery and support updates. Marketing email is sent only following signup and includes an opt-out method.
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version shown when an order is placed governs that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.
